Multiple threads can concurrently insert and remove elements from the queue without causing data corruption or unexpected behaviour.
Blocking Operations:

If a thread tries to dequeue an element from an empty queue, it will be blocked until an element becomes available.
Similarly, if a thread tries to enqueue an element into a full queue, it will be blocked until there is space available.
